Great food if you want stomach pain and want to shit non stop all night and get no sleep. Got a salad, free cini stix, and a calzone. Pretty much ate the bagged lettuce salad. Wasn't worth the price honestly. Couldn't finish it even eat half the calzone it was raw inside threw the rest out to the local critters. I had to friggn get up every 2 hours to take a dump I've gone 10x in the last 15 friggn hours. This is insane. Stomach pain hurts too. Using painkillers stronger then OC stuff cuz it hurts so bad. Only plus is I haven't vomited. I can tell u from working decades in food service that their clearly not storing products correctly or at the right temps or the right ingredients if it's causing this much discomfort and bowel movements. The order phone person and delivery lady were great and kind but if you want to blow $40 for 2 items over priced, 1 under cooked, that will make you lose sleep, shit nonstop and be in very uncomfortable pain then your gonna wanna avoid. Not sure what the deal is with the EL location but not cool.

I purchased a New York style pizza with Pepperoni on/2 and mushrooms on 1/2. I received the pizza and there was the normal amount of Pepperoni but only 8 mushrooms. I called to complain and they said the Pepperoni was always normal but other ingredients much fewer! I said I wanted a pizza made correct and was refused. I said than I wish to return it for a refund. Please send your driver back out to pick it up which they did. After 7 days I had still not received a credit on my credit card. I called and spoke to a Manager and he said they were Not giving me a credit and hung up on me! I had been a loyal customer for 9 years and was appalled I had been treated that way! They have several Managers and each one evidently has there only policies. I told my family members, friends and even Business Associates and when they heard they were skimping on the items on their pizzas they are No Longer ordering from Cottage Inn but switched to Jets Pizza who even have a much better product.

Not innovative. The pizza crusts are butter/fat laden. There's no attempt to make the menu interesting and incorporate new ingredients. The last time I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza it was so buttery and over the top, I couldn't enjoy it. I wouldn't order any pizza from here again. The crust the ingredients, the ideas could be so much more. I feel like this company settled for lowest common denominator for students and delivery. I get it but it's not worth any more than 2 stars.

I’m genuinely impressed by Cottage Inn Pizza’s ability to redefine what an “ultimate pepperoni pizza” means. Apparently, it now consists of… dough and a light layer of sauce. Bold. Minimalist. Truly avant-garde. To clarify, we ordered an ultimate pepperoni with light sauce not a complete existential crisis where the toppings simply vanish. No pepperoni, no cheese, nothing. Just a sad, empty crust that somehow made it through the entire preparation process and still got sent out without anyone questioning it. Even more impressive was the complete lack of communication. No heads-up, no apology just vibes and disappointment. And getting a refund? That was its own adventure. Way more effort than anyone should have to put in for a pizza that forgot it was supposed to be a pizza. Overall, if you’re looking for a place that challenges your expectations and delivers abstract interpretations of menu items, this might be your spot. If you actually want what you ordered… maybe reconsider.

Great customer service. Very clean environment. A young lady by the name of Kaliyah took my order and was very Pleasant to talk to. Pizza came out just like I wanted! Would highly recommend.
